Titanfall’s canceled story campaign gameplay published
Respawn’s Jacen McCord revealed a snippet from the canceled story campaign of the first Titanfall. Work on it was carried out for some time, two years before the release of the game.
The excerpt demonstrates the penetration of the hero into a base filled with robots. There are no shootings.

At the time, Jason was a senior level designer, with the campaign assisted by Sean Slabeck as a game designer. Jason still works at Respawn and is engaged in Apex Legends, and Sean managed to move to The Initiative under the wing of Microsoft.
The cancellation of Titanfall’s story mode came as a shock even to EA. The second part received a full-fledged plot and is not least appreciated for it.
