The story continues with New N Tasty. The protagonist of Soulstorm is the mudokon Abe. He is an ordinary worker with no outstanding ability. But a series of events makes him an involuntary hero, who is now obliged to free all the mudoks and give a new hope of salvation. Abe is the personification of many of us living our own lives until we really realize the importance of our personality.
The hero hides in the shadows and tries to avoid direct confrontations with the enemy. The levels contain a huge number of puzzles that need to be solved to further progress through the level. It is allowed to engage in the collection of various resources in order to craft weapons for yourself and fight with enemies directly.
The gameplay is varied and, depending on the style of play, you can see two versions of the end credits: Sad and Good endings. The world of the game is filled with various creatures and characters, including Sligs, Syllables, Orbits, Scrubs, Paramitas, Shrykull, Fleichi and many others. All mudokons have acquired emotions and states. They can be angry, sad, drugged, unhealthy, and blind.
