Initially, the cat sits on the shore and tries to pull the catch onto land using the most primitive fishing rod. You can adjust the strength of the swing and the depth of the bait in the water. It is possible to buy new equipment and improve it. Upgrades allow you to customize to your play style. Having saved up enough funds, the angler will even be able to transfer to the boat and do his work in new places. Money is earned by completing quests and selling fish.
Marine inhabitants differ in size and behavior. Each type will require its own tactics. For example: to catch one of the large fish, you will need to lure a smaller variety and use it instead of bait. Some inhabitants are able to steal bait that was not intended for them, or start eating the catch while the tailed anglerfish brings it to the surface.
